Android tablet battle has a new contender. Starting with Motorola Xoom, LG G-Slate, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, Acer Iconia Tab, and now Toshiba enter the ring with their latest Android tablet called as Toshiba Thrive. Toshiba Thrive has 10.1 inch with Honeycomb 3.1. It has already open pre-order starting from $430. So, if you looking for an Android Honeycomb tablet, you must checkout this Android tablet.

The Toshiba Thrive will use NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core as the processor. Running Android Honeycomb 3.1, it has large resolution 1280×800. Toshiba Thrive Android tablet has front camera 2 megapixel where 5 megapixel on the back. The others features are a USB 2.0 slot, a mini USB slot, HDMI and a SD card slot. The interest thing from Toshiba Thrive is the user allowed to swap the grip back cover easily, also replace the battery has a few moments.

The price plan for Toshiba Thrive is vary depend the specifications. It is starting from $430 for 8GB version while for 16GB at $480 than followed by 32GB version at $580. All version of Toshiba Thrive comes with 1GB RAM.

And now, we are waiting the Android Tablet from Sony Ericsson or just Sony which predicted to release its Android tablet honeycomb. But still not sure, the exact release date for Xperia Android tablet. But hopefully, Sony Ericsson with popular brand with XPERIA also enter the Android tablet battle. So for now, the Japanese Android maker, only Toshiba Thrive has already released to the market.
