- Flash the zip package via xRecovery
- Flash the Google Apps via xRecovery
- Reboot and leave the phone alone until GSM/radio icon shows up (1-2 automatic reboots)

The Android 2.2 for Xperia X10 is now in Beta 4 version where some bug has already fix to work with baseband .54, xRecovery 0.3-unified, and some minor improvements.
