Facebook for Android with Pages support has already released by Facebook Inc. This is an updated version of its Android app with new features that already mention above. With latest Facebook for Android app, we can administrate pages and see the pages we’ve liked.

Unlike the previous version of Facebook for Android, to view a page we had to find an item from a Facebook page as it appeared in Facebook feed. This is a hard way to just find and see the page we’ve liked. But now, Facebook for Android with Pages support has already our Facebook activity more easily. The page will be listed even though it’s hidden away in a rather odd place.

But this is how to find a page list with new Facebook for Android, just 3 steps to get them in one pretty list.

a. Go to your Facebook start screen.
b. Tap on Friends.
c. Select the Pages tab at the bottom of the screen.

Done, and now you get the page list that you’ve liked. However still no confirmation why it’s hidden away in the Friends tab either. But compare with the old version of Facebook for Android, it is an easy way to find the page.

Facebook for Android with Pages support also allow us to tag pages in status updates by using the @ symbol. So, if you have interesting page and want to share on your status, just put @page_you_like for instance. It is also adds support for liking comments from Android phone or tablet.

Actually, Facebook for Android is my first Android app for Facebook before switch to Friendcaster for Android Pro from Handmark. For now, I just enjoy the Facebook from Friendcaster even Facebook for Android app still in my Xperia X10 Android phone.

I would like to update Facebook for Android on my Xperia X10 Android phone to get new experience with it. But I still need to know, how new Facebook for Android use the battery. Because with battery 1500mAh on Xperia X10, I wonder the app will drain my battery.
