1. Download the file HERE
2. Rename the .pkg file to update.pkg
3. Place the update.pkg file on the root of your microSD card.
4. Shut your Streak off.
5. While holding the up & down volume buttons, turn your device back on.
6. Once your in recovery mode, select the 2nd option and wait.
7. Once your device reboots itself, enjoy Éclair (2.1) on your Dell Streak!
