Fix Mobile Hotspot Problem on Motorola Droid Razr HD

The Droid Razr HD is on of the flagship high-end Android smartphone from Motorola. The phone comes with great specs and design but some users were reported if the Motorola Droid Razr HD has a problem while activating mobile hotspot. The users can not share their internet connection through mobile hotspot feature because inconsistency of the mobile hotspot service in Droid Razr HD.

Even though the setting was already correct in their device but tethering is just not possible. There is no explanation for this issue but we need to fix the mobile hotspot problem on Motorola Droid Razr HD.

At the moment, we are trying to follow some instruction below in order to fix mobile hotspot issue on Droid Razr HD. This is containment action before we got the permanent corrective action that we believe will be available in the next update software.

The mobile hotspot problem according to customers has symptoms such as provisioning server message pops up. Than the message Turning Mobile Hotspot On shows up, a couple of seconds later, the message turning off Mobile Hotspot follows.

Like we stated above, below is the containment action to fix Mobile Hotspot problem on Motorola Droid Razr HD but we unsure this solution will resolve your problem permanently, please see if you can bring mobile hotspot to work again.

Step 1: Go to Tethering and Mobile Hotspot settings.

Step 2: Tap on Mobile Hotspot settings.

Step 3: Choose Manage Devices.

Step 4: Now manage all devices sharing the internet connection from your phone; make sure all devices are allowed.

This problem is software-related problem that will be fixing permanently once the update software available for Droid Razr HD. But we are not sure when the update software available. So, for now, ensure your mobile hotspot setting is correct. Than follow the step-by-step instruction tutorial above. If you still encountered the same problem even though it is intermittently, better you ask your local customer service support for Motorola or your mobile carrier to ensure you have the latest Android OS version which free from mobile hotspot issue.
