Just today I receive a notice where Google Maps for Android just updated to new version. New Google maps have selected indoor maps locations such as airports, shopping malls, and more. Also a new menu toolbar for ease switching between common features, an updated home screen for Places based on your locations, and an option to disable automatic screen dimming for navigation. The indoor maps locations are still in Beta version but surely Google is working continuously to update the feature and add more indoor maps for certain locations to find the nearest places such as restroom, fast food shop, ATM and others interesting places. Garmin as the leader of navigation handset has been release the Garminfone. The Garminfone claimed as the first Android smartphone and Garmin GPS navigation device in one. Unfortunately the selling of device not good enough since the selling result on below Garmin's plan.
