Sony Ericsson has ready to release New Xperia Mini Pro this June to O2 UK customer. As on previous posting where Sony Ericsson plans to launch new generation of Xperia Mini and Xperia Mini Pro Android phone. The both phones will use Xperia X10 mini as the base with many various aspect such as a Snapdragon MSM8255 1GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 GPU and 512MB RAM. Run with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Bravia Engine in 3 inch display, 720p HD video recording capability, xLOUD experience with better speaker performance, smile detection, video stabilizer and red eye reduction for camera application.
The both phones are identical except a full qwerty keyboard on Xperia Mini Pro while the new Xperia Mini Pro also has feature a front facing camera. With the latest Google talk version, we could make video chat between the gtalk user. The release date for Sony Ericsson New Generation Xperia Mini and Xperia Mini Pro to be expected available in Q3 2011. But the plan seems slightly change where O2 UK website just confirmed where the new generation Xperia Mini Pro schedule release on June.
This is a good news for us who love Sony Ericsson Xperia Android phone line up. Hopefully its a good sign for a long waiting upgrade for Xperia X10 to Android 2.3 Gingerbread where its promising release in end of Q3. Honestly, I can hardly wait to get Xperia X10 an upgrade to Android 2.3.
