Paypal Allow Deposit Checks with Phone’s Camera
Paypal is the most popular and secure payment gateway in Internet. I have Paypal account to receive any payment from my business online. With the app in my android phone, it helps me much to know any payment done from my client or send money to other party. Now, Paypal has released a new feature to lets us deposit checks with phone’s camera.
However this feature has already works on PayPal’s mobile app for iOS since last year and thanks to Paypal because now we can use that feature on Android. To use deposits checks feature, you should update your Paypal app to version 2.8 that available free to download from Android Market.

On the latest update of Paypal for Android, it also has another feature where it lets you search for local businesses that accept payment via PayPal and Android users can now move the app to an SD card to save storage space. Moving the app to SD card is only available for Android 2.2 Froyo and higher.
No fee charge for scanning checks, this is free service from Paypal for their customer. After the feature release to public, Paypal has already processed deposit checks about a million dollars a month. Please note, to get scanned check clear will take times about 6 days, and you’re probably going to get best results if your phone’s camera supports autofocus.
Hopefully, the feature is available for worldwide. It will help much for any Paypal’s user who wants to deposit checks from any payment from USA. For now, we process the checks in local bank and must wait about 1 month and pay $30.00 in advance before the checks clear than receive the money in local bank account.
