PlayStation Emulator Unavailable on Android Market

As the prediction, PlayStation emulator has pulled already from Android market. But this is to soon since Xperia Play as the PlayStation Android phone still doesn’t have good progress on selling. The popular emulator for PlayStation called as psx4droid has already pulled from market, according to its author, zodttd, PSX4Droid was removed from the Android Market without warning due to a “Content Policy violation,” though he suspects it has more to do with Sony’s imminent smart phone offering. “Sony’s Xperia Play must be coming soon,” tweeted the dev, adding that, “The timing is suspicious with no remedy.”

PSX4Droid has alternative to put the app on Amazon Appstore, hopefully Amazon will approve the app since no content policy violation happens to the app. This is important for any people who download the app, because they need the update after buy it on market.

However, as alternative PlayStation emulator for Android called as fpse, it still remain on the Market. Not sure will follow like PSX4Droid or still remain on the Market. But if still on the Market, there is question that need to answer by Google especially if PSX4Droid available throguh Amazon Appstore.
