Just heard today if Galaxy S2 unable to update to Android 4.0 ICS. It happens once after Galaxy S2 owners having trouble updating with their device to Android Ice Cream Sandwich. The update to Android 4.0 has been released by Samsung at the end of the last month but looks like a lot of owners of Samsung galaxy S2 are not going well.
Some owners have been posted on Samsung’s forum to inform that they have been facing trouble to update Samsung Galaxy S2 to Android 4.0. The “unknown device” message is the main problem which reported by the users, it occurs once the Galaxy S2 connects to Kies on their PC in order to install the update. With this error message, the update was unable to process to next step.
